Mark Dell, our Lead Pastor has a passion for seeing people grow in their relationship with Jesus. Mark always knew he would work full-time in ministry someday; he thought it would have been after he retired! Yet while he was working, Mark volunteered serving the Lord in many different capacities.
God spoke to Mark in a powerful way while volunteering with high school students on a weekend retreat. What he heard from the Lord there challenged Mark to ask himself what the eternal value was at his place of employment.
After much prayer, Mark quit his job of 14 years. He went back to school and received his Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry with a minor in Theology. Since then, Mark has been blessed to minister as a Worship Leader, Youth Pastor and as an Associate Pastor.
Mark and his wife Rachel reside in Warwick, MD. They have three children and a dog named Daisy. They love to work outside together, hike, mountain bike and kayak.
